Scope withdraws ratings on Veritasi Homes & Properties Ltd

The withdrawal follows Scope’s decision to cease analytical coverage due to business reasons.

The latest information on the rating, including rating reports and related methodologies, is available on this LINK.

      Rating action

Scope Ratings GmbH (Scope) has withdrawn the B-/Stable issuer rating on Veritasi Homes & Properties Ltd. Scope has also withdrawn the S-4 short term debt rating.

      Rating rationale

The withdrawal of the ratings and Outlook and the cessation of analytical coverage are due to business reasons. The rating withdrawal was not preceded by a Credit Rating Action due to insufficient data and information needed for the determination of the rating prior to the withdrawal.

Stress testing & cash flow analysis
No stress testing was performed. Scope Ratings performed its standard cash flow forecasting for the company.
