      Scope publishes its rating report on Eridano II SPV S.r.l. – Italian Consumer CQS ABS

      Scope Ratings has today published its rating report on Eridano II SPV S.r.l., a cash securitisation of payroll-deductible loans originated by ViViBanca S.p.A. and extended to individuals in Italy.

      The transaction features a ramp-up period that is scheduled to conclude in May 2020, during which the portfolio of loans backing the notes can increase from its current balance of EUR 204m to a maximum amount of around EUR 430m.

      The report contains Scope’s credit analysis regarding the ratings assigned to the senior and mezzanine notes.
