      Scope withdraws the assigned ratings for AutoWheel Securitisation DAC – Greek auto lease ABS

      Scope Ratings GmbH (Scope) has today withdrawn the assigned ratings for AutoWheel Securitisation DAC. The class A notes have been fully redeemed.

      Class A1: Withdrawn from BBBSF

      Class A2: Withdrawn from BBBSF

      Class A3: Withdrawn from BBBSF

      The rating action incorporates issuer communications and the June 2021 investor report.

      Rating rationale

      The rating action is driven by the full repayment of the rated notes, which was supported by Autohellas S.A. funding the issuer with Deemed Collections.1

      The rated notes have not missed any interest payments since closing and have been fully repaid.

      The Rated Entity and/or its Related Third Parties participated in the Credit Rating process.
      The following substantially material sources of information were used to prepare the Credit Ratings: the Rated Entities’ Related Third Parties, third parties and Scope Ratings’ internal sources.
      Scope Ratings considers the quality of information available to Scope Ratings on the Rated Entity or instrument to be satisfactory. The information and data supporting these Credit Ratings originate from sources Scope Ratings considers to be reliable and accurate. Scope Ratings does not, however, independently verify the reliability and accuracy of the information and data.
      Scope Ratings received a third-party asset due diligence assessment at closing. The external due diligence assessment was considered when preparing the Credit Ratings and it has no impact on the Credit Ratings.
      Prior to the issuance of the Credit Rating action, the Rated Entity was given the opportunity to review the Credit Ratings and the principal grounds on which the Credit Ratings are based. Following that review, the Credit Ratings were not amended before being issued.
